Mindless to Mindful
If you want to live a long and healthy life, it’s time to stop mindlessly eating several times a day.
Instead, space out your meals to give your liver the downtime it needs to detox all the buildup you’ve accumulated over time.
Aim for a fasting window of at least 14 to 16 hours between your last meal of the day and the next morning’s breakfast.
For those who urgently need to shed extra pounds or who struggle with insulin resistance, it’s even better to skip breakfast entirely and go straight for an early lunch (check with your doctor).
This allows your digestive system time to rest, repair, and reset. Your body will start tapping into its fat stores for energy - clearing the pantry, so to speak, and doing a full systems check.
As a result, you’ll lose weight, feel lighter, and enjoy a steady stream of sustainable energy throughout the day. You’ll find it easier to manage blood sugar and insulin levels, which in turn reduces inflammation in the body.
And just like that—you’ll live to see another day, not just surviving, but thriving!
